Sónar+D Demo: Experience An Avalanche Through The Bone Conduction System

Bone conduction is the conduction of sound to the inner ear primarily through the bones of the skull, allowing the hearer to perceive audio content. In this project, the sound is conducted with a DC motor to a metal rod. When the metal rod is bitten, the sound is listened with teeth/jawbones. In addition to the sound, darkened eyeglasses is given to the listener to make them experience the atmosphere of an avalanche more realistically.
